Customers will receive a full refund or credit with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% charge of the total booking price. Non-negotiable. Customers will also receive a partial refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
